How it works:
Sessions are once a week and are 50 minutes long. Usually sessions will be on the same day and time each week as this will facilitate the process. The amount of sessions needed will depend on the individual and their specific needs. This will be discussed with you.
I also facilitate group process for specific groups, including for anxiety, depression and relationship matters.
